PsyOptik, LLC provides facilities support messaging on behalf of client organizations. Participants receive operational notifications about facilities issues and may reply to accept, decline, or close them.

Consent

On-call personnel are enrolled by the client organization that operates the facilities line, as part of their role. People who contact a facilities line by phone or text consent to receive a reply about that request.

Message Frequency

Varies by how often facilities issues are reported.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

Opting Out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or email info@psyoptik.com.

Supporting Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
