Text Messaging (SMS)
PsyOptik, LLC operates facilities support messaging on behalf of client organizations.

Who we message. We send text messages to two groups: personnel who have been placed on a client's on-call roster by that client, and individuals who have contacted a client's facilities line by phone or text.

What we send. Messages are operational, not promotional. On-call personnel receive notifications that a facilities issue has been reported, including the location and a short description, and replies confirming the outcome. People who contact a facilities line receive confirmation that their request has been passed to a person, or the organization's office number if nobody was available.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not use text messaging to advertise.

Message frequency.
Frequency varies and depends on how often facilities issues are reported. On-call personnel typically receive messages only while they are on call.

Message and data rates may apply.

How to stop.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@psyoptik.com. Carriers honor STOP immediately and we record it, so a person who opts out is removed from on-call notification and is not messaged again unless they reply START.

Mobile information sharing.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors for support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Phone numbers. Mobile numbers are stored only for the purpose of delivering these messages and are retained while the person remains on a client's roster, or, for people who contacted a facilities line, for the period needed to resolve and audit the request.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
